New Films From Germany At Museum of Modern Art

The Museum of Modern Art has launched its annual recent Germany films, KINO! 2011: NEW FILMS FROM GERMANY, for a week long stint. Among the series highlights are the debut feature THE DAY I WAS NOT BORN by Florian Cossen about a swimmer who discovers the secrets of her past; and THE WEISSENSEE SAGA: A BERLIN STORY, a six-part television series about two families in the former East Berlin, written and directed by Friedmann Fromm.
