IFC Films has acquired North American rights to SIGHTSEERS, a British comedy by Ben Wheatley that had its world premiere earlier this week in the Directors Fortnight section at Cannes. Wheatley, the director of critically acclaimed films KILL LIST and DOWN TERRACE, also co-wrote the screenplay about a couple on an ill-fated van trip through the British Isles.
