Samson and Zoom to Sponsor the
2011 New York Film Academy Road Show

Hauppauge, NY – Samson and Zoom will be sponsoring the 2011 New York Film Academy Road Show. This traveling show will bring the industry’s top teaching professionals to universities and events across the United States to conduct free hand-on workshops demonstrating the latest digital filmmaking equipment. A number of Samson products will be prominently featured throughout the tour.

“Filmmaking is the most powerful art form of out time,” says Michael Young, the Academy’s Provost. “The New York City Film Academy is excited to embark on its first national tour to college campuses cross the United States to meet students, give them a chance to get their hands on state of the art production equipment and help them follow their dreams of making films.”

“We are pleased to be sponsoring the 2011 NYFA Road Show,” says James Tsaptsinos, Samson’s Vice President of Sales. “It is a unique opportunity for Samson and Zoom to contribute to the filmmaking community. We are strongly committed to helping help emerging artists and markets reach their full potential.”

The 2011 New York Film Academy Road Show kicks off at South By Southwest 2011 in Austin, TX on March 13, 2011. Please visit http://www.nyfa.edu/roadshow/ for a full tour schedule.
