Mark your calendars: the fifth annual edition of the ground-breaking Double Exposure-Investigative Film Festival is returning once again to Washington DC on Thursday October 10 and will run through Sunday October 13.
A project of the investigative news organization 100Reporters, the festival opens with a bang offering the Washington premiere and the latest documentary Desert One by acclaimed Academy Award winning filmmaker Barbara Kopple.
Seven other films plus two shorts programs will also be screened including Academy Award winner Alex Gibney’s newest Citizen K as well as the closing night film The Cave directed by Academy Award nominated Ferras Fayyad.
